BECx, Inc. was created to fulfill the need for locally owned and operated mechanical engineering and commissioning services.  Jeff Bender, President of BECx, Inc. has a wide range of expertise in the fields of energy management, mechanical engineering, green building consulting and general construction.  Mr. Bender is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of California, Qualified Commissioning Provider (QCxP), Certified HERS Rater and is an Accredited Professional with the U.S. Green Building Council’s Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED™).

BECx is conveniently located off the Interstate 80 corridor in historic downtown Truckee, California.
