Bender Engineering & Commissioning, Inc. (BECx) was formed in 2005 and was created to fulfill the need for cross-trained mechanical and plumbing engineers, energy auditors, commissioning agents and green building consultants. These skill sets provide what and has grown to three (3) full time employees (two of which are LEED™ A.P.s) with two (2) part time employees. BECx is located in historic downtown Truckee, California, north of Lake Tahoe. The four (4) unique yet entwined services BECx provides includes:
